A group of four stores under leading seafood restaurant brand Buoe (Brand Code: BYHX) successfully raised RMB 8.051 million by listing Daily Revenue Obligations (DROs) with a contract period of 50 to 60 months on MCEX. The subscribers to the four DROs included Panthera Fund, Cypress Hong Kong Limited Partnership Fund, and other financial institutions.

In an announcement made on Monday, the company stated that HSBC would initially provide US$50 million in credit under the asset-backed loan facility.  mar23 reshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (‘Freshfields’) has advised Micro Connect, a new financial market platform, on the launch of Micro Connect Macao Financial Assets Exchange (‘MCEX’). MCEX is the first-ever licensed global exchange for Daily Revenue Obligations (‘DROs’), a new asset class that connects global capital with micro and small businesses in China.
